Your little embryo has now officially graduated to fetus-hood. Adding to the excitement, a Doppler ultrasound device might be able to pick up the beating heart. With basic physical structures in place and increasingly distinct facial features, baby is kind of starting to look like... well... a baby!
Monday is our second ultrasound. I will be 10w2d and hope that we can see a little more. I am starting to get very nervous for this appointment, however this morning I had my first real bout of morning sickness. Usually I just dry heave a few times until I eat breakfast and sometimes throughout the day, but this morning I actually threw up! I know this is pretty disgusting and most people would rather not be throwing up at all, but I finally felt like something was happening in there. I hope it doesn't happen too often, but this morning I really felt pregnant!
