Beach Day

Sunday was a perfect beach day. Before Liam was born, we would have headed out early and camped out all day in the sun, only to come home sunburned and tired. Bringing an eight month old to the beach is a different story. It required a trip to Target, a stop at Publix, a quick run into the beach store, an hour nap, some peaches & oatmeal, lots of sunscreen, umbrellas, chairs, blankets, bottles and an exersaucer. We left no baby item behind. We met up with the Mike, Tiffany and Peyton for some fun in the sun (shade for Liam) and had an awesome time. I should have taken more pictures, but now that Liam is on the move, it's hard to do anything but chase him around. One picture I wish I would have taken is the look in Liam's face when Les tossed some chips into the sand and seagulls flocked to them. He loved watching them scurry around finding treats in the sand.

We can't wait to go back to the beach!
